Meet the Team

Joshua Rizzo

logistical strategist, creative officer, founder

Joshua is a passionate, results-driven personality who believes in holistic design principles and staying up late. Originally from Los Angeles, California, he moved to Texas in 2010 where he began his career in graphic design. After earning a BFA from Baylor University in 2019, Joshua decided to stay in Waco to pursue several growth opportunities. He loves engaging in new strategies, combining sound structure with dope design, and finding solutions for unique design problems. He is the creative and e-commerce specialist behind Wacology and is currently employed as an HTML/Bootstrap & graphic designer for a startup company in Florida.

Jillian Ohriner

web strategist, social manager, PPC specialist

Jillian developed a passion for web design and social media as a middle schooler using HTML to customize her myspace profile. She has developed her skills significantly over the past 15 years managing the digital presence for companies of all sizes around the country. After graduating from UNLV with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies in 2015, she moved to Indianapolis and then eventually settled down in Waco. In addition to web design and social media marketing, Jillian is certified in Google Analytics and Google Ads. When she isn't working, you can find her in line at Waco Cha.
